This is one of the best programme I have ever seen and is a learning for life and found this overall very helpful.
I have learned it is always better to be ready and willing to share your creative ideas and try to help the team members always. One should never try to blame others and remain supportive and productive for the organization and assigned projects.

I learned a lot from this experience. I had difficulties in communication with others but the actions were primarily based on communication with others. I am going to start my own business, so, it was good to know how the placements are organised. As to whether we are going to be an employer or employee, we have to know how to work under pressure and how to manage work to meet deadlines.

After this experience this online programme I would be highly recommending this programme to my fellow engineers, my juniors at university and my colleagues. This is a very helpful programme for developing soft skills(e.g. communication, interpersonal skills, self motivation, problem solving skills etc.). I am very grateful to PEC and yp2g for this opportunity. I conclude that this programme is very important and beneficial.

Your passport to grow (YP2G) program connected me on a regular basis with my friends/Colleagues for getting their feedback on different tasks created for the assessment of learning through this program, and third party checking of those engaged persons was conducted by Your passport to grow (YP2G) for a more systematic evaluation approach. Further virtually conducted this type of training programs and workshops in the testing times of Covid-19 fulfills the demand of learning new skills to add to one's competency and personal grooming.

I have been in project control profession since more than 18 years. I have gone through various training programs as well as professional courses. Two weeks ago I received an email from PEC explaining the Leadership Program with very nominal fees. Initially I didn't consider this course an opportunity for my professional growth but on later stage I went through the profile of the institute YP2G and found it a very well recognized, so I didn't waste even a single minute to register into this course.

This Leadership Program has been designed uniquely rather than other programs, where most of your own input is involved rather than bunch of literature study, videos lectures or presentations, which has attracted me very much because of very busy job and personal routine one could hardly find the time for all of above mentioned way of getting education. It engages you through a structured process where you start practicing good actions enabling you to track your behavioiural shift in different competencies towards building a Can Do Attitude.

In the end, I would like to thank PEC and YP2G for giving us the opportunity to complete this online programme in a user friendly manner.

Also, request PEC leadership to build an alumni so that various professionals can provide their guidance to young Engineers on a platform.

This programme helped me to improve my cognitive ability, especially the scenario based questions were a great source of learning. The programme has certainly improved my creative thinking capabilities and it has also helped to identify areas where I lack the required set of skills.

I would also recommend other people to join this programme and improve soft skills as they are in demand. We all possess technical knowledge but having soft skills is certainly a bonus.

It has been quite a unique experience of evaluating my approach and mindset and get the result statistically. The program involves the evaluation of five skill sets that one professional needs to have to complete the tasks and face the challenges.

I feel quite satisfied after going through this program as I have improved in all the skills set by the given third-party feedback, and the consequences I have gone through when selected in any given option.

I had no idea about what type of a person I was before enroling myself into this YP2G leadership programme. My Can Do attitude seemingly was on a lower side on day one, however, I wanted to improve and was confused as to how a few scenario questions were supposed to change my perspective. But after seeing how it engages you to contact people and recieve feedback I started to see how it was helpful. After reaching out to different people with my ideas and recieving feedback I was more confident and saw an improvement in my soft skills.I also figured out where I needed to work on and what I was good at.By the last assesment I had improved and saw an increase of 6% in the Can Do attitude, which I understand even a small percentage increase is significant towards positive Can Do Atitude. There is still room for improvement but I am happy with my progress and really thankful to PEC and YP2G for taking this inititiave to engage engineers in Pakistan.

Today I am going to share my two weeks experience of online learning through the program titled your passport to grow. When I registered myself for this program I had in my mind that it would be a routine course and by the end of two weeks I will just earn a certificate that I can put in my c.v to make it more valuable but to be very honestly I found this program very different and unique particularly the part where I had to interact with various persons from different walks of life. I talked to them on different topics and got many new ideas and came to know how people think about different situations which come in there life I found this practice very useful and it has given me new directions to see the life, the problems in life and the possible solutions.

It has also given me idea that how I can share my experience with other person and how can I benefit from the experiences of other persons as it is said fools learn from their own experience whereas wise people learn from the experiences of other persons experience.

I also appreciate the Pakistan Engineering Council for giving me this fantastic opportunity and hope in future we will get many other opportunities like this. The entire journey of two weeks was very interesting and I really enjoyed working this way.

To sum up the whole experience I can conclude that It was a very nice short journey. At the start I was hoping to get it over with this course as quickly as possible but now while I'm writing this, I seriously wanted this journey to be a bit longer than this one.The overall experience gradually makes you start reflecting on small actions that you need to take and pay attention to the experiential learning to further ponder and reflect to understand the behavioural shift you are experiencing in your subsconcious.I hope we will get second part soon as promised by your side.

Through this programme I came to know how to windup the thing in a proper way and how to convince the audience by giving them suitable and timely examples. Asking for feedback from colleagues and friends enabled me on how to get the research data online for the writing of thesis and research papers.

In the end, I would like to thank the designer of this course and I am also hopeful to get the information about the other courses like this one. Thank you PEC and YP2G for giving us the opportunity to participate in such an interactive programme with comfort and convenience of our own time.

The thing I enjoyed the most was the format it was presented in.I found it relaxing to be able to turn the work and test at my leisure and when I had the time.

This course made me come out of my shell to interact with people and have interesting and meaningful conversations with them. I learnt that there are different aspects of one's life. By interacting with people, I learnt how they tackle the life problems. This course has inclined me towards being a more Can‐do person.

In short, I'll easily recommend this course to anyone who is working on his soft skills as it encourages you to move out of your comfort zone and strive to become a better version of yourself.

I would like to thank the coordinators and mentors who designed and initiated such a lively platform of gaining self-awareness on one's attributes, characters and life experiences. It is the best thing for anyone but for student the most because what one person can best improve and groom himself is one's student life. So, I would say it is the best a student can get in order to get oneself reviewed and judged based on one's interaction, communication and interpersonal attributes.

When I first found about this program, I was unsure of what it was or if it really would be something worth spending time on. Before this program I only focused on technical or any skill that was directly or indirectly related to the bachelor’s degree I am pursuing. I was not aware what soft skills were and neither was aware of their importance. However, against my personal judgement of this program being a waste of time I decided to go ahead and apply for this wonderful experience.

And now after finishing the program, I would like to say that this program has shown me a path that I thought was not possible and has made me more confident about myself and I am glad this program is my first small step to something great and wonderful and I once again thank to all those involved for providing a wonderful and well executed experience.
