It was generally agreed that there is a huge gap between the supply from the current education system and the expectations of industrial leaders when hiring young people. Mr. Gaunt appreciated the honorable minister's efforts in developing robust policies to fill this gap and offered his full support via the YP2G platform. YP2G is an engagement platform that guarantees success as it educates the youth to develop and practice skills that employers are seeking in individuals after they finish their school/university or vocational training.

"We do this through a proven process of interactive engagement through real life scenarios and action based development in a ratio of 5% Learning and 95% Doing – one of the reason Forbes Magazine considered it is disruptive as compared to any other program." Mr. Neville delineated the process of YP2G while talking to the minister.

Moreover he said, "through YP2G's platform we are reinforcing what Dale Carnegie institute has been advocating that Knowledge only contributes 15% to the success of an individual' success whereas Attitude and Soft skills contribute 85%."

During the meeting, both sides agreed to enhance closer relations to further improve the overall quality of education and graduates in Pakistan.
