Hashoo Foundation signed MoU with YP2G for enhancing Soft Skills through youth engagement program.
Hashoo Foundation (HF) and Your Passport to Grow (YP2G) signed an MOU to collaborate for enhancing the Soft Skills of youth by developing a positive attitude through online courses via www.yp2grow.com and bespoke online and physical workshops.
The purpose of this MOU is to jointly work to achieve the set objectives of youth empowerment as per their respective areas of expertise in skills and youth development. Collaboration between YP2G and Hashoo Foundation plan to extend their collaboration to other areas related to the socio-economic upliftment of youth. YP2G is a platform that works on changing the attitude of young people; it has been proven instrumental in inculcating the "Can Do" attitude and improve their soft skills.

Ms. Ayesha Khan, Country Director Hashoo Foundation/ VP CSR Hashoo Group, shared that Skills enhancement of youth is critical for realizing their full potential where '77% of employers in Pakistan are not happy with the quality of graduates coming out of Universities in Pakistan. Our joint program will help the youth to tap their creative side, build their skills regarding job market, and overall foster wide access to information on business development and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Meantime, Mr. Ali Jafri, Country Head YP2G Pakistan stressed upon the need to engage youth in activity-based learning and how YP2G has carefully crafted this unique online platform into an interactive digital classroom. It is underpinned utilizing Mind Fit's proven process of learning, exploring and doing – turning E-Learning to E-Doing.
